With contents you can create contents, which you can use in serveral mailings or cross-departmental (e.g. postcard, sms, …).

Create a Content templates

Modules → Templates → Content → Click 'Create a new template' to start. It open a new window.

Tab basic settings

Set a content-name and a optional description here as usal.

Tab Structure

Define the basic frame of your content here as usual (E-Mail Template 6.1.1). Don't firget to save your template. After creating your template, you can create content for it: Extras → Contents
